Return & Exchange Policy

  1. TWINFLOWS HOLDING CO., LTD. (TwinFlows) has developed this Return Policy to raise the bar of the customer experience by using the internet and technology to maximize customer satisfaction. We aim to be Earth’s most customer centric automotive E-commerce company. TwinFlows reserves the right to judge each transaction on case-by-case basis in all circumstances.
  2. Customers can exchange or return the product only if the product received by the purchaser cannot be used normally or the wrong product has been shipped. For the wrong model and the wrong color, the customer can exchange the product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. It is mainly based on the date the product is received according to the system of various authorized channels. The customer must accept delivery time of suppliers.
  3. All deposits are non-refundable.
  4. We reserve the right to change the product. The product must be the same model and the same color only. The product to be returned or exchanged must be in 100% perfect condition and the product must be returned with its packaging and accessories in its entirety. If the returned product is not 100% in original conditions, has product damage, or parts missing, the company reserves the right not to accept replacements or returns. In such cases, the company will notify the customer and will deliver the said product back to the customer within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of notification from the company.
  5. The company reserves the right not to accept replacements or returns in the event of problems caused by hardware, software installed by the purchaser. For example, if the product damage prevents the company from commercial usage of original products because of broken, dented, burned, chipped, bent, warped, cracked, scratched, or technical issues, etc. (even in the period of seven (7) working days).
  6. Product replacement or refund will start after the company evaluates the returned goods from the customer. This product quality assessment process will take approximately seven (7) working days from the date the company receives the product. You can contact us at
  7. The company asks for permission to charge the installation and warranty costs including tax as specified on the product page.
  8. In the event of a replacement product change or a similar product including products with a higher value than the original, the customer has to pay the difference in increase. The company will inform the customer to acknowledge and confirm before changing the product every time. If the the company cannot find replacement product similar to original product that the customer has ordered, the company will refund the full amount to the customer. It will take approximately fifteen (15) business days to process and the company will notify you when a refund has been issued.
  9. The company reserves the right not to refund or exchange the product in case of dissatisfaction or an order caused by the customer’s own mistake in any case.
  10. If the customer receives the product more than seven (7) days (based on the terms of the purchase as stated in Clause 1 mainly), the company reserves the right to exchange or return the product or refund in all cases. Customers can contact directly about the product warranty with the brand that you have purchased.
  11. The company reserves the right to change the conditions of the warranty without prior notice.
